These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Gender Reveal Ghana ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Gender Reveal Ghana provides gender reveal event services including but not limited to:
- Helicopter gender reveal events
- Powder blaster and confetti cannon services
- Smoke bomb displays
- Balloon decorations and arrangements
- Photography and videography services
- Full event planning and coordination
- Equipment rental
2. Booking and Reservations
To secure a booking with Gender Reveal Ghana:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before your scheduled event
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from our team
- We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for best availability
3. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
- Bank Transfer
- Cash (in-person only)
All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed with a deposit, the quoted price will be honored.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 14 days before event: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
- 7-14 days before event: 50% of total payment refunded
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund available
- No-show: No refund will be provided
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@genderrevealghana.com.
5. Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our rescheduling policy:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the event will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee of GH₵500
- Events can only be rescheduled once without penalty
6. Weather Policy
For outdoor events affected by weather:
- We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you if severe weather is expected
- If we determine that weather conditions are unsafe for the planned activities, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost
- Indoor alternatives may be suggested when available
- The decision to cancel or reschedule due to weather will be made jointly with the client
7. Venue and Location Requirements
Clients are responsible for:
- Securing all necessary permissions from venue owners or managers
- Ensuring adequate space for the planned activities
- Providing safe and accessible areas for setup
- Obtaining any required permits for outdoor public spaces
- Informing us of any venue restrictions before the event
For helicopter reveals, additional permits and clearances may be required, which we will assist in obtaining.
8. Safety and Liability
Gender Reveal Ghana takes safety seriously:
- All our products are non-toxic and eco-friendly
- Our team is trained in the safe operation of all equipment
- Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
- We are not liable for injuries resulting from clients or guests ignoring safety instructions
- We carry liability insurance for our services
9. Equipment and Property
Regarding equipment provided by Gender Reveal Ghana:
- All equipment remains the property of Gender Reveal Ghana
- Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse or negligence
- Only trained Gender Reveal Ghana staff may operate our equipment unless otherwise agreed
10. Photography and Media Release
By booking our services, you grant Gender Reveal Ghana permission to:
- Photograph and video record the event for our portfolio
- Use images and videos for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and social media
- Share content without identifying information unless explicitly consented
If you do not wish to have your event photographed or shared, please inform us in writing before the event.
11. Gender Information Confidentiality
We take the secrecy of your gender reveal seriously:
- Gender information shared with us is kept strictly confidential
- Only essential team members will know the gender before the reveal
- We have secure processes for receiving sealed envelopes or information from medical providers
12. Limitation of Liability
Gender Reveal Ghana's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Third-party services or vendors not directly contracted by us
- Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
13. Force Majeure
Gender Reveal Ghana is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemic restrictions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
